Foundation for the Conservation of the Earth (FOCONE) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization. It was founded in 1996 as Save Earth Nigeria (SEN) and was formerly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Abuja in 2009 with registration number CAC/IT/NO 32879 under the Federal Republic of Nigeria laws as Foundation for the Conservation of the Earth (FOCONE).
Green environment, health, and education for all people.
To promote actions that are healthy, informative and environmentally friendly.

This department is headed by a Director who controls the finances and the human resource personnel of MarkDeen Consulting. As Operations Department designs the projects, programmes and policies for the organisation, Finance and Administration organises the funds in line with financial regulations and best practice standards in the world. MarkDeen Consulting does not involve itself as an entity in money laundering schemes or criminal transactions in any form.
